THE MISSION OF CITIZENS' CONSTITUTIONAL ADVOCACY COUNCIL (CCAC) IS TO REVITALIZE THE U.S. CONSTITUTION AND POLITY (PEOPLE ORGANIZED POLITICALLY) SO THAT STATE CITIZENS CAN ADVOCATE ONE-TO-ANOTHER AND SUBSEQUENTLY INSTRUCT THEIR STATE REPRESENTATIVES, ADHERENCE TO THE U.S. CONSTITUTION* AND THEIR RESPECTIVE STATE CONSTITUTION.

THE VISION OF “CAUCUS” IS TO BECOME A DULY-RECOGNIZED COMMUNITY LIAISON THAT IS OFFICIALLY ORGANIZED BETWEEN STATE CITIZENS AND THEIR STATE REPRESENTATIVES IN ALL JURISDICTIONS, AS A VEHICLE TO IMPROVE AND PROMOTE LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT , THROUGH SUBSIDIARITY, AS PROVIDED FOR BY THE U.S. CONSTITUTION, BY UTILIZING BOTTOM-UP ADVOCACY AND EDUCATION. WE INSTRUCT OUR REPRESENTATIVES AND MONITOR THEIR RESPONSE TO SUCH INSTRUCTION.
